5 to 6 country style, boneless pork ribs
1 tablespoon seasoning (see recipe)
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all seasoning, place the ribs in a Ziploc bag and pour in the seasonings. Seal and shake to coat. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly sprayed with cooking spray, place the ribs on the baking sheet and cover with tinfoil. Bake in a 325º oven for 2 hours, remove and uncover, bake and additional 30 minutes. If you want them a little darker in color place them under the broiler for a minute or two.
