2 lb cubed beef stew meat
2 envelope brown gravy mix
2 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cup Ginger Ale

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Place beef tips in a 9x13 dish. In a bowl, mix gravy, onion soup, mushroom soup, & Ginger Ale together. Pour over beef tips. Cover dish tightly with aluminum foil, and bake at 300º for 3 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.
