Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2-3 very large beef steak tomatoes sliced medium
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
8 oz. Italian dressing (I like Paul Newman's)
1 lb. provolone cheese sliced medium (or mozzarella cheese)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cucumber and onion together and season with salt and pepper to taste; set aside. Leave enough space in the center of your platter to pile the chopped cucumber and onion. Pour about 1/2 cup of the dressing on top of the cucumber and onions, then drizzle another 1/2 cup over the tomatoes and cheese slices. Let it marinate about a 1/2 hour before serving. It is best if your platter has a lip around the edge because it marinates it will make its own juice (there will be a lot of liquid on the platter).
