Ingredients:  
• 1 cup Pineapple Juice
• ½ Cup Packed Brown Sugar
• ⅓ Cup Soy Sauce
• 2 Pounds Boneless Chicken Breast (cubed)
• 1 (20oz) can Chunk Pineapple
• ½ Green Pepper (cubed)
• ½ Sweet Onion (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
In a crockpot add the pineapple juice, brown sugar and soy sauce.
Add the chicken, and put the green pepper and onion on top.
Cook in the crock pot on medium for 4-5 hours.
Serve over rice.
