1 c. whipping cream or 1 pkg. Dream Whip topping mix
1 Tbsp. sugar, if using whipping cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package chocolate wafers (Christie)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Chill bowl; whip cream or Dream Whip mix. Add sugar if using cream. Add vanilla to whipped cream/Dream Whip.
2. Spread about 1 tsp. whipped cream or Dream Whip on each chocolate wafer and stack in groups of 6 wafers. Place wafer stacks end-to-end on a serving plate to form a log.
3. Frost top and sides with remaining whipped cream or Dream Whip. Decorate with chocolate curls, grated chocolate or candied cherries. Chill at least 4 hours. Cut into 10 diagonal slices.

Chocolate curls are easily made by spreading melted chocolate on a cookie sheet (NOT non-stick). Place in refrigerator for about 15 mintutes. Curl by pulling spoon between hardened chocolate and baking tray.
