2 c. chick peas (I use one can), drained -- save the water!
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. water drained from chick peas
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp olive oil

1. Blend everything but olive oil in blender. If it seems too thick to blend, add a bit more of the drained water.
2. Add the olive oil and blend 30 seconds more. Serve or refrigerate.
