1C or 2 sticks butter... softened Not melted!
3-4 powder sugar, sifted
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla*
up to 4 Tbsp milk or heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter for a few minutes with a mixer on medium speed. Gradually add 3 cups of sugar then increase speed and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla, salt, and 2 Tbsp of milk and beat for 3 minutes. If it needs to be more stiff add more sugar if it is too stiff add more milk.
