1 pound roasted turkey breast
3 oz. thin sliced Swiss cheese
3 cooked slices of bacon
5 oz grape tomatoes
1/2 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 cup Heinz ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice cold roasted turkey breast into 1/8" thick slices then tear (or cut) into 1"- 2" x 1"-2" pieces.
2. Tear or cut Swiss cheese into 1/2" x 1/2" pieces
3. Cut the grape tomatoes lengthwise into 1/4's
4. Place these above ingredients into a mixing bowl and then crumble the bacon into the mix
5. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together and then mix through with the rest of ingredients

Notes:Variation- add avocado . You can make this recipe with deli roast turkey breast or roasted chicken breast as well. A great sandwich filling or you can eat it by itself.

I discovered this salad in New York while looking for new salads to sell at the French Oven during the mid 80's. I duplicated it and it sold well. I make this dish using left overs from our Turkey dinners.. It has become a family favorite and there are times in-between roasting turkeys when I have used deli turkey breast to satisfy the craving
