Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken-You can use white or dark meat. I typically use a few chicken tenders and about 6 chicken legs.
Cream of Chicken Soup-1 Can
1 Stick of Butter
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Kettle Dumplings-Frozen Food Section

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Chicken. Place Chicken in large pot. Add water until pot is 3/4 full. Add salt and pepper and stick of butter. Place on high heat and let boil until chicken is done. Remove chicken from the water and place onto plate to cool. Make sure the water is still rapidly boiling. Add cream of chicken soup. Stir to mix. Start adding the dumplings one at a time. Stir frequently so they do not stick to each other. If they are still frozen you can place dumplings on plate and put in microwave for about 30 seconds then use a knife to separate each one. Allow to boil rapidly for 30 min. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for approx. 45 minutes to allow dumplings to thicken. While dumplings are cooking remove chicken from the bone. Add chicken to the dumplings right before serving.
