few slices proschiutto
1/2 bag fresh spinach
8 oz. pkg fresh sliced mushroom
1 envelope Lipton savory herb and garlic soup
1/2 c. white wine
1/4 c. olive oil
8 oz. mozzorella cheese

Directions:

375 degrees
spray pan
layer chicken two layers or one layer if thick
prochiotto on top
spinach
salt and pepper
mushrooms
whack wine oil and pkg soup, pour over
cover lightly with foil for 30 minutes,
cover with cheese , bake 5 more minutes
