"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Place salmon in a baking dish. Melt butter in a sauce pan and saute garlic a couple of minutes. DO NOT allow the butter or garlic to burn. Add the lemon juice and dill weed. As soon as this mixture starts to bubble, pour over the salmon. Add sea salt and fresh ground pepper to your liking.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is one of those recipes you have to play with for your liking. I am a huge butter fan, so its butter for me. You can replace the butter with olive oil.
I'm not always a big fan of dill weed so I like to omit the dill. you can use Tarragon if you like Tarragon. And I like lots of black pepper.
Carley has never been a fish fan, but I have to say she is acquiring a taste for it and this is probably one of her favorites. Must be the lemony butter;)
