cooking oil
1 egg
1 T. milk
salt
pepper
thin-sliced chicken breasts or veal cutlets
Italian bread crumbs
your favorite marinara sauce
mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Heat cooking oil in pan. Mix egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Pound chicken or veal to desired thickness. Dip into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs. Place desired protein into hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. Place into baking dish and cover with marinara sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
