4 c. blueberries (preferably wild)
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Line a baked, cooled pie shell with 2 c. raw berries. With the remaining 2 c. of berries, make a sauce: cook berries, sugar, cornstarch dissolved in water, lemon juice and salt, until the mixture thickens. Add butter, cool, and pour over the berries in the baked shell. Chill until ready to serve.
