5- large potatoes,pe3eled and cubed
3- tbsp. butter
2- tbsp. finely chopped onion(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
8-carrots ,chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 onion chopped (optional)
2- lbs. ground beef
8- tbsp. all-purpose flour
2- tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 cup beef broth
3-4 pks. pizza crust dry mix for crust
13 x 9 casserole dish

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, cook till tender but firm, about 15 minutes. Drain. Mix in butter, finely chopped onion(optional),salt & pepper to taste, set aside. Bring another pot of salted water to a boil. Add carrots and cook till tender, but firm, about 15 minutes. drain and set aside.
Preheat oven 375º.
Heat oil in a large frying pan, & add onions, cook until clear. Add ground beef and cook until well browned. Pour off 1/2 of fat, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add ketchup and beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer 5 minutes.
Prepare 2 pizza crust pkg. dry mix. Flatten on bottom and up the sides of pan. Start layering the pie. 1st. layer ground beef. 2nd. spread a layer of carrots, then spread a layer of potatoes mixture . Add the other 2 prepared pizza crust across the top sealing the top of pie. Bake until pizza dough is done or until golden brown.
