1/4 c. shortening
4 squares melted chocolate
2 c. white sugar
2 c. flour, unsifted
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder together. Melt chocolate and shortening together. Place in large mixer bowl. While mixer runs, add sugar, flour mixture, vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Chill overnight. Form into balls, and roll the balls in powdered sugar. Bake for 10 minutes at 375.
