Cream:
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Add and beat well:
1 unbeaten egg yolk
1/3 c. molasses

Sift together:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Blend in dry ingredients gradually and mix thoroughly. Press a small amount of dough through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400° for 6-8 minutes.
