3/4 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. molasses
1 egg
2-1/4 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add molasses and egg and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together, add, and mix well. Form into small balls and dip into granulated sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet, but do not flatten. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 375.
