1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
8 oz. cool whip
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 cup dry roasted salted peanuts
4 cups granny smith apples, chopped fine

Directions:
In sauce pan mix flour, sugar, pineapple, egg and vinegar. Stir over medium heat until thick. Cool. Fold mixture into cool whip. Add apples and chopped nuts
