2 quarts diced chicken
2 cans sliced water chestnuts
approximately 1 pound green grapes, most halved
1 can diced, drained pineapple
1 can mandarin orange segments
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 jar Mango chutney

slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
1.Place chicken, water chestnuts, grapes, oranges, and pineapple in a large serving bowl.
2.To make dressing, mix mayo, curry powder, soy sauce and Mango chutney together and then stir into salad ingredients.
3. Garnish with slivered almonds.

This is enough for at least 15 people. It can easily be halved.
