Ingredients:  
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage ( casings removed)
1- (15oz) can white beans (rinsed and drained)
1 peeled and chopped potato
1 chopped onion
1 chopped carrot
1/2 Teaspoon pepper and 1 dried bay leaf
3 cups trimmed broccoli rabe
1 32oz. box low sodium chicken broth
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pot and crumble in the sausage, cook until brown, then drain
Add next 6 ingredients
Cook 5 min.
Stir in broccoli rabe and cook until wilted
Add broth, bring to boil; cover
Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 min.
Remove bay leaf
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese
