1 box refrigerated pie crusts
2 1/2 cups light corn syrup
2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter melted
4 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla
6 eggs slightly beaten
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
Butter flavored cooking spray
2 cups pecan half's

Directions:
Directions:
Start @ 425 than reduce to 350
Spray a 9x13 pan; roll out 1 crust to fit trimming edges if needed
Whisk corn syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, butter, eggs and stir in chopped pecans
Spoon 1/2 of mixture onto crust in pan
Roll 2nd crust to 9x13 and place in pan; spray with butter spray
Bake @ 425 for 14-16 min. or until brown
Reduce oven to 350
Carefully spoon remaining mixture over crust; arranging pecan 1/2;s over top
Bake 30 min. longer until set
Let cool on wire rack
