8 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sour cream (or yogurt)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Ground pepper
1/2 c. cooked bacon, diced (could also use cooked sausage or ham)
1/2 c. green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. red bell pepper, diced
1 Roma tomato, diced
2 Tbsp. onion, finely diced
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350°F. Spray an 8x8" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs, milk and sour cream together. Add in remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into baking dish.
3. Baked (uncovered) for 45 mins. (60 mins. if doubling) or until eggs are fully cooked. (You will want to make sure that the middle of the dish is done.)
4. Let sit for 10 minutes to set further. Serve.

I usually double this recipe and pour into a 9x13" pan. I use a whole pound of bacon when doubling.
