Crust:
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted

Filling:
12 oz. cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp. rum or cognac

Topping:
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. rum or cognac
Dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press crust into 10 inch pie tin.

Beat filling until creamy in blender and pour into pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes at 375.

Mix topping, spoon carefully onto cake, return cake to oven for another five minutes.

This is Gisela Neuse's recipe. I usually use light cream cheese and sour half and half, to reduce the fat.
