1 c all purpose flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sugar
2 lg eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c oil
3 grated carrots
1/2 c golden raisins
1/2 c walnuts course
mix together but don't over mix
bake at 350º for about 20 min

3/4 c light brown sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese
3 tbs butter
1/2 vanilla
mix all ingred well
