2 heads of cabbage
1 and 1/2 cups rice
3 cups water
3 pounds ground beef
1 large onion
2 eggs
3 cans tomato soup
salt
pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
smoked kielbasa(Hillshire Farm)

Directions:
prepare cabbage by carefully cutting asmuch of the core out before boiling for easy peeling of leaves. boil cabbage in a large pot simmering till soft for easy peeling. use tongs to peel off. with a pairing knife cute large hard vein on back of cabbage leaves for easy rolling.

parboil rice by adding the 1 and 1/2 cups of rice to the 3 cups of water with 1 to 2 beef bouillon cubes and bring to a boil. Then cover and turn of heat.


For cabbage filling mix 3 ground beef with the rice, 1 large chopped onion and 2 eggs. add salt and pepper for seasoning.

prepare pan by putting half the tomato soup on the bottom.

roll cabbages with mixture and place in sauces

slice kielbasa thin and arrange(tuck) in between rolled cabbages

mix remaining tomato soup with some water and pour over rolled cabbages

cover and cook @350 degrees for 2 and 1/2 hours
