5 eggs slightly beaten
¾ cup sugar
Dash salt
4 cups scalded milk
Nutmeg
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Mix altogether
Place in glass casserole
Place casserole in a pan of water till it covers half the pan on the outside
Bake 350° 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes
Knife inserted comes out clean
Remove from water bath immediately
