1 egg white
1 Tablespoon of water
1 pound of pecans
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put pecans in large bowl.
Stir egg white and water in separate container and then pour on pecans.
Stir them so that the egg white/water mixture coats all of the pecans.
In another bowl, mix together the brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
Pour mixture over pecans and mix them until they are all coated.
Spread the pecans over a large cookie sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour (flipping every 15 minutes).

After they are done, let them cool on wax paper for 1 hour before putting in containers.
