2 potatoes, peeled and cut in 1/2" cubes (2 cups)
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 pt. half n half

Directions:
Directions:
Cook vegetables in water and bouillon until tender. Place 1/2 sq butter in pan and add 1/4 c. flour. Add 1 pint half n half to thicken. Do not boil!!

Add to other ingredients. Add cheese. Garnish with paprika
