1 Box White Cake mix
2 boxes Instant Pistachio Pudding
4 Eggs
1 C Club Soda
1/2 C Oil
1 tbsp Almond Extract

1/2 C chopped Cherries
1/2 C chopped Walnuts

Cake is great plain, with cool whip or following frosting

Optional Frosting
1 pint of whipping Cream
2 packages of instant Pistachio Pudding
1 C Milk
Whip until mixture forms peaks.
Spread on cooled cake

Bake 350º 50-60 minutes Grease and flour Bundt pan

Beat all ingredients except last two. After well blended add the cherries and walnuts, folding them in with a spoon. Pour mixture evenly into Bundt pan. Cake is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
