1 Egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp Vinegar
1/2 C Water

4 C Flour
2 C Shortening
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt

Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients. Add the last 4 ingredients. Mix well. Roll out to proper shape and size. This will keep in the refrigerator for a couple of weeks.
