Chicken Pesto Recipe

Chicken breasts
Salt/pepper
1 jar prepared pesto (red or green)
1-2 sliced tomatoes
mozzerella cheese

*optional- fresh spinach
Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of casserole dish
Slightly pound chicken and add to dish
Salt and pepper if desired
Spoon 2 T pesto over breasts
Add 1-2 slices of tomato on top
Bake at 350º for 20 min
Remove and sprinkle with cheese
Bake 10 minutes more

(This is good served over fresh spinach)
