Ground beef
onion, chopped 1/4
canned chopped tomatoes 3/4 c
water 1 cup
beef stock base 1 tsp
celery, diced 1/4 stalk
carrot, sliced 1/4
macaroni 1/4 c
worchestershire sauce dash
bay leaf 1
chili powder f.g.
parsley flakes or fresh parsley, chopped 1 tsp

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan, brown meat and onions. (Add oil only if too dry). After cooking, drain excess fat into a can(not down sink)

Add tomatoes, beef stock base and water to saucepan

Prepare the vegetables. Add to tomato stock mixture in saucepan and mix

Add seasonings to saucepan. Mix well

Simmer for 1/2 hour or until vegetables are fork tender.
