Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 TBS oil
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped green or red pepper
3 cups chicken broth or (3 cups boiling water and 2 bouillon cubes)
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup instant rice
1 1/2 cup cooked chicken
1 cup cut up cheese (I like provolone.)

Directions:
Directions:
*Saute`the onion & pepper in the oil.

*Add the broth & soup, heat to boiling.

*Add rice & chicken.

*Lower heat & simmer for about 20 minutes until rice is tender.

*Add cheese, salt & pepper to taste.

*Cook over low heat until cheese melts.

This recipe was given to me by my minister's wife, Sandra Kast. She included the phone number of a girl she thought I should call. Through the years we have called this Sandra's Chicken.~Phil
