2 pounds Fresh Mushrooms (chopped coarsely)
4 tablespoon Butter
2 bunches Green Onions (finely chopped)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (undiluted)
Salt and Pepper to taste
¼ cup Dry Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and add onions to sauté until translucent; season with salt and pepper.
Add mushrooms and sauté until liquid is leeched out, then gradually add the undiluted soup. Stir to combine. Add the sherry and heat through, but not boiling.
Transfer mixture to a chafing dish to serve. Serve with Melba toast or similar cracker of choice.
