1 cup of cold water
2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Beat eggs and cold water together. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt together and add to egg mixture. Dough will be thick. Using tablespoon drop chunks into boiling water. Leave until they float to top. Remove and put in heavy frying pan with butter. Keep turning until brown and crispy.

This is great with hamburger gravy. (Brown hamburger in pan and add flour and water to until gravy consistency.)

These are a good substitute for potatoes when you have none.
