2 tbsp olive oil
1medium onion, chopped
½ c. bell pepper, chopped
½ c. celery, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. crabmeat
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add olive oil, saute onion, bell pepper and celery until tender
Add crabmeat, mushroom soup, rice and egg and salt and pepper.
Put in a buttered baking dish or casserole.
Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
