2 pkgs Jello (1 Lemon - 1 Lime)
2 c. hot water
1 c. 7-Up
1 c. mini marshmallows
2 c. drained chunk pineapple (save juice)
2 large bananas sliced
nuts - if desired

Topping:
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour or corn starch
1 large Whip Cream

Coconut and nuts - optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the Jello and water and 7-Up and let cool. Then add the marshmallows and drained pineapple and nuts if desired. Put in a 9 X 13 pan and chill. When firm add the Topping.

Topping: Mix the pineapple juice, egg, butter, sugar and flour or corn starch and cook until thick. When cool fold in the Whip Cream. Spread over Jello mix and sprinkle with coconut and nuts if desired.

This is another one of the recipes I found on a sheet of paper folded and in Mama's cookbook. It looks like it was used a bit so don't know if it was given to her or what. Like I have said in the notes of several other jello recipes ... Mama liked jello and lime was a favorite. She enjoyed these salads because they were easy and could be fixed ahead and added flavor and color to the meal. She always set a pretty and appetizing table.
