8 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
1 jar (11 3/4 oz.) hot fudge topping
2 T chopped mixed nuts or peanuts
3 each red & green apples, sliced
2 T lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, peanut better, brown sugar and vanilla together, stir in marshmallows. Spoon half into 3 cup bowl, spread with half of the hot fudge. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with nuts. Toss apples with lemon juice and serve with dip.
