1/2 c. olive oil
1 T. minced garlic
1 tsp. garlic salt
French baguette
Roma tomatoes
mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, and garlic salt. Slice bread and spread olive oil mixture on the slices. Place in oven for 10 minutes. Take out and put a slice of Roma tomato on each one. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
