1 can cream mushroom soup
1/2 oz. jar pimento (optional)
2 cups diced cooked chicken
1 tbls. flour
3/4 c. milk
10 - 12 slices bread

2 eggs slightly beaten
2 T. milk
crushed potatoe chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cook soup, milk, flour and pimento til thick -- add chicken
Remove crusts from bread (makes 5 or 6 sandwichs
Spread chicken mixture on bread. Add 2nd slice for sandwich

Refrigerate or freeze filled
When ready (thaw if frozen) cut diagonally
Dip each in egg mixture
Dip in crushed potatoe chips

Bake @ 350º for 25 mins. turning once while baking.

This is something we had at my Aunt Bettys one day and enjoyed so much when we looking for a recipe for Deb to use for a 4 H demonstration she practiced and used this one. She won 1st place.
