enouph ripe peaches [sliced] to fill a pie shell
3/4 c. sweet cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 T. flour
pinch of salt
little water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice the peaches
2. Arrange the sliced peaches in an unbaked pie shell
3. Take 1/2 of the sugar and spread over the peaches
4. Take the flour and salt and stir in a little water
5. Add beaten egg, cream and remaining sugar and stir very well
6. Pour this mixture over the peaches
7. Place in moderate oven and bake 1 hour or when tested with a silver knife it comes out clean
8 Place on cooling rack
