Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Sauce:
1/2 c plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp mayo
1 lemon, zested
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp rosemary

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside in the fridge.

Using a mallet, pound two chicken breasts between plastic wrap until the width is even across each individual piece. Season each side with garlic, salt, and pepper.

Heat your grill (or frying pan, if cooking on a stove), and place the chicken breasts on the heat. Once cooked about halfway through, flip the meat and continue cooking.

Just as the chicken is about finished cooking, gently spoon the sauce onto the top of the chicken breast, leaving room around the edges in case it starts to spread.

Serve hot!

Personal Notes:
You can cook the chicken breasts completely and serve with the sauce on the side if you prefer a cold sauce. Either way is scrumptious!!
