5 oz cooked chicken, diced
20 green grapes, quartered
3 stalks celery, diced
1 apple, diced
6 oz plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

Dressing:
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp dill weed
salt and pepper, to taste

Mix the dressing well and add the remaining ingredients. Serve cold.

This is a large salad meant for one person but it can easily serve more when served as a side dish, but make sure you eat it within a day or the sauce gets a little runny as yogurt tends to do.

I recommend using pre-cooked chicken (including rotisserie chicken) to make the prep work go more smoothly.
