6 cups chicken broth
1 can crushed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 lb chicken breasts cooked and cut into pieces
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 cup cilantro (to your taste)
1 can chopped green chilis (4 oz)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3 cups frozen corn

Optional: tortilla chips and shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Stovetop: Combine all ingredients (except corn) and bring to a boil
Reduce heat
Simmer for 1 hour
Add corn
Cook for an additional 10 minutes

Crockpot:
All all ingredients (except corn) in crockpot
Cook on low for 2-4 hours
Add corn
Cook for an additional 1 hour on low or until corn is done

Serve plain or over tortilla chips with cheese
