3 lbs. chicken wings

MARINADE
3 tbsp. minced garlic
(1) medium onion
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup dark rum
2 tbsp. season salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients together. Place wings and marinade in a large pan and stir well. Put wings in refrigerator for 24-48 hours stirring often. Remove wings from marinade to cook.

Bake: Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 for approx. 60-80 minutes until done. Rotate the wings on cookie sheet about halfway through cook time.

Deep Fry:350 degrees for approx. 10 minutes.
