2 Cups Milk
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

1 Qt. Cream
2 Cups Half & Half
Vanilla to taste
Fruit (if desired)

Rock Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, sugar and 1/2 tsp salt together, scald and then let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Next day add: cream, half & half, vanilla and fruit (if desired) to milk mixture.
Put in Ice Cream Freezer.
Use 6 Parts Ice to 1 Part Rock Salt.
