5 Qts Popped Corn
3 Cups Mini Marshmallows

1 Cup Butter, melted (let it cool a little)
1 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Corn Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla
Food Coloring Optional
Directions:
Directions:
Pop corn, mix with mini marshmallows in stainless steel bowl.
In sauce pan; mix butter, sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil, and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla (and food coloring if you want).
Pour over popcorn and stir to coat. Wet hands in cold water and form popcorn balls. Place on waxed paper. Once cool wrap in saran wrap.
