6-7 Half Chicken Breasts
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Mayo
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
Parmesan Cheese

Cook chicken in a little onion, celery rib, and bouillon cube. Cool and tear into pieces or cube.
Cook broccoli - not too much, should still be green and barely tender, cool.
In separate bowl combine soup, mayo, lemon juice and cheddar cheese.
Spray 9x13 pan with Pam, layer broccoli, layer chicken spread soft soup mixture over top.. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Serve over Rice
