2 - 18-ounce loaves of cinnamon raisin bread, cut into cubes
1 ½ c brown sugar, packed
2 c heavy cream
2 c half and half
5 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the eggs together with the sugar until combined thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients except the bread and mix. Add the bread allow to absorb the mixture until saturated. This is best if allowed to sit for at least 1 hour. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with a pan release spray. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes to allow the bread pudding to set. If you desire a firmer texture, bake for an additional 10 minutes. Best served warm.
