Burrito Casserole Recipe

2 lbs hamburger
1 medium chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 1/2 cup water
1 can refried beans
1 jar salsa
1 pkg. flour tortillas
16 oz. shredded Colby jack cheese
sour cream & tortilla chips

* Brown hamburger & onion, drain.
* Add taco seasoning, water & beans. Stir well.
* Simmer until warm.
* Put a layer of salsa on the bottom of 9" x 13" sprayed baking dish.
* Put a spoonful of mixture in center of warm tortilla. Fold ends over & roll up.
*Lay folded side down in baking dish.
*Cover each burrito with salsa.
*Bake covered at 300F-325F for 30 minutes.
*Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
*Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips, salsa & a green salad.
